Erin Baehr founded Baehr Family Financial, LLC in 2007 to help individuals and families make the most of their money, while staying true to their values.
Erin started the firm after spending several years working in a commission-based financial services business. She hated the emphasis on making sales instead of making recommendations that would benefit the client. She knew there had to be a better way.
When Erin started Baehr Family Financial, she built her practice on a fee-only model, which allows her to work closely with clients to deliver comprehensive financial advice that’s in their best interest. And clients can take comfort in knowing they will never get sales pitches or be pressured to buy something they don’t need.
Perhaps Erin was destined to be a financial planner as she inherited a keen financial sense from her parents. Her Dad taught her that a good night’s sleep is more valuable than worrying about paying for stuff you couldn’t afford. And her mother reminded her, “It’s not always about the numbers.”
There’s no better training than that.
