Are Women Too Nice at Work?

What do you think of this article, which says that women treat the workplace like they’re still in school- hesitant to be disruptive and trying more to be liked than respected.  Is that true?

What about the double standard that men who are assertive are respected, but women who are assertive get labeled with a less than flattering term I won’t mention here?
